I first discovered the Carnivore diet after triggering an auto immune condition due to stress, fatigue and poor gut health. Using the Carnivore diet, I am proud to have overcome rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue, joint pain, low mood and low energy, digestive pain and discomfort, and severe bloating. I strongly believe that the Carnivore diet can help people truly heal, as I have done. This way of eating has helped me to feel like ‘me’ again. I strive to support others in doing so, and am passionate about working with my clients to find the route through nutrition that works best for them.
